Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Meadow Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 234 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
