Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Summit Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Spokane design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
