Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Cedar Amber Auto Group is a Pittsburgh company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 507 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
