Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Foxglove Fern Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Baltimore. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
