Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Ironwood Meadow Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
