Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Redstone Nest Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Boise plant. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 369 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
