Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Harborlight Glen Energy is an energy provider in Spokane focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
