Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Redstone Umber Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
