Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Rivermark Orchard Care Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
