Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Lumen Cobalt Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Indianapolis producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
