Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Northwind Juniper Legal Group is a law firm in Little Rock serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
