Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Rivermark Umber Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Raleigh area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
