Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Nova Fox Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
