Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Fernwood Mill Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
