Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Redstone Ridge Medical is a Jacksonville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 278 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
