Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Northwind Orchard Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Phoenix focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
