Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Clearpath Pike Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Miami, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
