Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Lumen Vista Water Authority is a public water utility serving the El Paso area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
