Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Westbrook Amber Auto Group Partners is a Spokane company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
