Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Bluepeak Oak Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Virginia Beach with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
