Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Stonegate Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
