Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Cedar Vale Water Authority is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 293 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
