Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Northwind Iron Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Virginia Beach plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
