Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Bright Rowan Health runs clinics and patient services around Providence. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 626 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
