Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Little Rock with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
