Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Silverline Vista Community Partners is a nonprofit in Salt Lake City supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
