Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Rivermark Basin Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
