Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Redstone Bridge Energy Group is an energy provider in Chicago focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
