Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Amberfield Junction Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
