Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Redstone Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Portland. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
