Bluepeak Fox Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
