Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Rivermark Pike Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
