Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Rivermark Pike Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Toledo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
