Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Clearpath Ember Manufacturing is a Milwaukee manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 699 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
