Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Highbridge Orchard Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Albuquerque, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 815 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
