Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Bright Rowan Inspection Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
