Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lakeside Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 758 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
