Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Silverline Bridge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Jacksonville presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving exhibitions. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
