Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Summit Thistle Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Tampa, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
