Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Lumen Sparrow Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification.
