Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Westbrook Meadow Medical is a Omaha company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
