Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Foxglove Beacon Construction is a Savannah contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
