Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Redstone Fern Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Indianapolis. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
