Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Stonegate Wren Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Jacksonville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
