Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Cedar Pine Construction is a Atlanta contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
