Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Fernwood Corner Medical is a San Jose company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
