Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Summit Field Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
