Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Hospitality is a hospitality company in Columbus with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
