Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Bluepeak Iron Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
