Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Rivermark Orchard Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
